Because of Labelcrafter's actual performance, we were named 1996 Small Business of the Year for South Dakota by the U.S. Small Business Administration.  Labelcrafters is quite proud of that honor and continues to follow through with performance that made that possible

Today's Direction

Due to the constant attention to cutting costs by our customers, our customers constantly demand shorter turn around times, shorter production runs at longer production run pricing structures and quality products on schedule. Because we do not have the "owner salesman" problem, each and every order is treated equally providing stability in production as well as in pricing.  

Tomorrows Direction

• We are not immune to the "Walmart Pricing Concepts" and at the present time we are implementing various efficiency measures to allow us to better meet the "World is Flat" concept.
• We intend to keep abreast of new technology as quickly as possible. Today we can digitally print sequential bar codes, numbers, etc in UV rather than the old ink methods that are prone to scuffing or degradation. Because we are printing in UV we are not limited by the label stock that we use. We can print on clear as well as semi gloss stocks with the digital system.
